  • Demonstrate how to properly season a new Dutch oven.

  • Demonstrate how to properly transport Dutch ovens.
  • Demonstrate how to properly store a Dutch oven for a short term and long term.
  • Cook one of each category using Dutch ovens:

    • Bread
    • Dessert
