May was a month of travels. We have been everywhere from Florida to the Dominican Republic and all the way to the Philippines. God has been moving and our young people have answered the call.

Over 1,000 youth gathered at the Central Philippines Adventist College for the Southern Asia-Pacific Division Youth Leadership Congress “ASK“. They were challenged to ASK for FAITH, for WISDOM, and ASK in HIS NAME. Our World Youth Director, Gary Blanchard spoke to the youth about the importance of living dangerously for GOD.
Since the beginning of this year, our initiative of TYI (Total Youth Involvement) #100K, has been a tremendous blessing. Proof of this can be witnessed in the Southern Asia-Pacific Division, who as a result of #TYI #100K have seen more than 1,000 baptisms since January 2019. Pastor Jobbie Yabut informed us that of those 1K baptisms, 399 took place during the ASK youth Leadership Congress.

2019 North American Division Pathfinder Bible Experience finals at Rock Valley College in Rockford, IL
Pathfinders from all over the North-American Division participated and competed in the Pathfinder Bible Experience on April 27.
This was the largest Pathfinder Bible Experience in the history of our church with over 220 teams, including 43 from England. There were over 4,000 people in attendance with approximately 1,500 Pathfinders participating and their families and friends cheering them on.
YOUTH TOUR
Dominican Republic
World Associate Youth Director for Senior Youth Ministries Pako Mokgwane and World Pathfinder Director Andrés Peralta traveled to the Dominican Republic for a Youth Tour throughout the country where they inspired and motivated hundreds of young people to work for the Lord. Hundreds also were invested as Master Guides and Senior Youth Leaders!
We congratulate the Inter-American Division (Al Powell) and the Dominican Republic Union (David Uribe) for producing the first fruits of Senior Youth Leaders (SYL). Over 350 were invested!
The Inter-American Division had a Youth Leaders training in Florida. It was aired live. In attendance were the Union presidents and Youth Directors. The leaders were challenged to retain, engage and empower their youth!

Pastor Andrés Peralta joined the Iglesia de Los Pelegrinos and the Central Orlando church for their Youth Sabbaths down in Florida!
