In my opinion, the country flag does not belong on the Pathfinder uniform.  We try to avoid the appearance of being a military organization, and placing a national emblem on our uniform could be counter to that.  Perhaps that's why you don't see a place for the national flag in the uniform insignia placement diagrams - because it does not belong.

Ok, Ive never looked at it that way from the militarism aspect of it. The reasoning behind the question is for international events. The country flag would identify each pathfinder by their country, then conference, then club name.

Is there any obligation of the flag being placed on the honour sash?

Is there any order for the three to go on the left sleeve?
